We decided to change our mattress (within the 100 day return) because it was too soft. I had expected some resistance but it was made very easy, with no quibbles and a generally helpful, positive and supportive approach from Woolroom staff. Apart from a short wait for it to be made, the replacement Mattress is just right: we are happy customers.
