We cannot fault the service from The Woolroom, delivery was prompt and the footstool very well packaged, however the "Hairy Cow" foot stool is very small ( measurements are there but make sure to scroll down the info ) and was returned. The Woolroom refunded our payment, in full, very quickly. Apart from being disappointed it cost £16.00 to return so make sure the small size is acceptable before purchase.
