I'm very impressed with both the service and the products from Woolroom. I placed my order from Canada, and my queries about shipping were always answered (even when there was some confusion at the border regarding pricing for tax purposes). When my package arrived, it was a delight to open. I am very happy with my bedding, and we have been enjoying some good nights sleep ever since.
