Right after receiving an answer from Woolroom, I LITERALLY wrote back to say that the response was the best help response I'd ever gotten about any product. The explanation showed a very practical working knowledge of the product. It represented to me a company, "that knew what it's doing." That is with the strong product knowledge, it implies "ownership" on behalf of the employees--not just some keyboard jockey phoning it in (so to speak).
