The delivery and product were good. Unfortunately the pillow was the wrong size for my pillow cases. I returned the pillow reluctantly for a refund I was really looking forward to having a wool pillow. |t took almost 2 weeks to receive a refund with £4.95 being taken off for return delivery. Be aware in big print it says free returns but only if the product is damaged read the small print, I didn't.
