Service was great. The duvet arrived a day early and I was updated by email. The quality is lovely. My son said it was the perfect weight and temperature and that he did not overheat. This is important in the Midwest as we have extremes of temperatures. Thank you for a wonderful product. At last, something natural but not cruel. I appreciated the absence of plastic in the packaging.
