The duvet and mattress protector arrived very quickly and well packaged in cotton cover bags in a cardboard box - no plastic.
I will never go back to synthetic duvets again. My quality of sleep is much improved since sleeping under the deluxe wool duvet. I used to wake too hot in the middle of the night. Now I sleep uninterrupted till dawn.
The only gripe I have is that my dog now refuses to go to his bed!
