I ordered a wool mattress topper on 12th January 2015 the money was taken from my account on the same day. The mattress topper is due to be delivered in early February. I do think its a little unfair to collect the money so early before the expected delivery date.
As I have nor received the topper yet I am unable to comment on its quality
