Very fast and efficient service. Really well packed and as previously mentioned by others the storage bags are quality items. Ordered a single topper, which fits very well, as yet not been tried. The king sized all season duvet again is a lovely item. Using the thicker duvet at the moment, which is nice and warm and comfortable. Also ordered two pillows again nice quality. At present awaiting the double topper, which is due in February. To date very pleased with purchase as never used wool bedding before.
