I received excellent advice from the friendly customer service lady & as a result purchased two deluxe pillows with 2 extra wool bags. Despite it being Black Friday weekend my pillows arrived within 2 days and arrived within the 1 hour time slot - excellent. The pillows each come in a sturdy quality calico bag that is very pleasing in a world where everything is covered in plastic. The pillow exceeded expectation - the outer cover was quilted and feels substantial and I love the fact that the filling can be adjusted to suit ones firmness requirements. In fact the pillow is generously filled so I had no need to buy extra filling but I will keep it for future use ( even the extra wool comes in a cute cake I bag). My first nights impression was that the pillow felt solid & a little too firm so I took the advice to take some of the wool out & fluff it up and it made the pillow more flexible. It’s amazing that you don’t get hot with this wool pillow and in fact they feel “ just right” temperature wise. I love the fact that you need to customise your own pillow & with a bit of tweaking of the filling you’ll eventually get the perfect pillow for you. I shall never go back to synthetic pillows.
