I have suffered night sweats for years and have tried many different products at great expense. I was dubious at first as my husband and I are unable to wear wool however I took the gamble and it has paid off in all ways. I purchased the classic 3-6 tog and the adjustable pillows. I use French linen and had a single sheet and then duvet the first night although unbelievably a little warm but no sweats so the following night removed the sheet, just perfect. I also suffer with arthritis in my neck, and after trying so many pillows this is the first I have found were I have not woken in pain. I cannot say enough about how very pleased I am to have finally found a product which has ticked all the boxes.
