I took a long time deciding to get a wool duvet to help with my night sweats. When I rang for advice I found them helpful and efficient, when I changed my mind having already placed the order, it still arrived quickly. The mattress protector has worked brilliantly over the foam mattress which had been unbearably hot, it insulates really well. Whilst the duvet has not stopped my night sweats they feel greatly reduced and no longer wake me in the night because I don't get cold in between as it really does soak up the moisture! I look forward to going to bed again, sleep through most nights and so has had quite a big impact on my life. I have the light weight duvet and will buy the ultra for summer.
