My pillow arrived quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I chose to buy it from the Wool Room because it is a British company using British wool (cheaper imports are available) --- we have a long tradition of wool in this country and I am happy to spend a bit more to support it. The pillow itself is as comfortable as you could ever hope it to be. I teased the wool to make it the right level of softness and I have slept soundly on it every night. I have rhinitis and asthma and noticed an immediate improvement with my symptoms. This pillow will be the first thing I pack whenever I stay away from home. I will definitely be buying more from the Wool Room -- saving up now for the duvet!
