The king sized pillows I ordered arrived promptly and very well packaged. The bags they arrived in were very smart. The product is great. I needed to fluff up the wool a bit but that was all in the included instructions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Wool Room again. Thanks for giving me a better nights sleep.
