Extremely fast delivery and the product is of great quality. Have been using the mattress protector and light weight duvet for a few weeks now and have found them both to be comfortable. Have woken up feeling a bit warm in the morning, but haven't suffered the tossing and turning during the night from being too hot. The duvet is thinner than our old synthetic one and we have found it can creep if either of us moves about during the night, but a minor niggle. I had ordered the wrong duvet initially, but The Woolroom were very helpful and pleasant to deal with - would definitely recommend both the company and the product.
