I dealt with The Woolroom whilst on holiday in Spain and found they provided a 5 star service in dealing with my request and shipping the goods at minimal cost from the UK. The wool topper was as described and found it to be very comfortable for the short time I was able to use it in my holiday home, where it now resides and awaits greater use on my return. It did have a slight sheepy smell but hopefully it will disappear with time after a descent exposure to the air. It also crept a little on the mattress and needed moved back into position to get rid of the ripple created. Perhaps I could suggest an elasticated band positioned in the middle of the topper to go under the mattress to resolve this issue. I would recommend the company and the product and would buy again. I could only give it 4 stars because of limited time of use.
