Quick delivery, loved the ability to track to within a 15 minute window! Products themselves had no "sheepy" smell. I bought 2 pillows and a mattress topper, would like to get a few more bits when I can. I have been waking earlier, feeling refreshed, and going to bed sooner as I no longer wake with aches and pains! Wish the mattress topper was a little thicker but that is only gripe.
