Woolworths is terrible - horrendous customer service - you can’t call them (unless you want to be on hold for hours), they hang up on you before you can complete the customer service survey and their complaint email is “no longer in service”. My groceries that I paid for never arrived and no one would help me. Disgraceful. Never again Woolies, you’ve lost me forever.
