My 2nd online order - Nothing worse that receiving long life milk which is to expire 4 days later, AND I only discovered after opening up first box and then the remaining 3, found they were all off. Woolworths online only provided one option to chat to a computer TEXT message who kept asking me if I wanted a refund. I could not find any other option to submit a complaint about the product which was very frustrating thus me going on this review site hoping this will help other consumers with this same problem.
