Hi, had the best experience today at Woolworths Pietermaritzburg Liberty Mall. I had to buy a last minute birthday gift and Taryn, the wonderful assistant in the Perfume department literally walked with me throughout the store picking gifts and helping me when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Taryn, I do hope you see this, you are an exceptional human being and Woolworths is lucky to have you. This young lady deserves all the best and hopefully a promotion and pay increase. She took customer service to another level. She did it out of the goodness of her heart. I wanted to give her a gift but she refused and said it was her job to help me and that it would not be right to take anything from me (Woolies company policy). I really wish I could have given her something, I do believe that outstanding service should be rewarded. Thank you Taryn for making me feel supported and helped today.
