About 3 years ago i started a Vending Machine Business. I get most of my Caned drinks from Woolworths or Coles most of the time. (Coke,Sprite,Creaming Soda,etc). Today 07.09.2025 will be my last online order with woolworths for the following reasons. 1. i untick the substitute box and they still substitute my items 2. i open the note box and write DO NOT SUBSTITUE and i they still substitute my items. 3. they can never fill my order ever. And for sume reason coles can do all these things correctly. Yes Coles can from time to time get my order wrong or not have the amount i need of 1 item. but i place about 1 order about every 5 weeks from Woolworths and almost 1 order ever 2 weeks with coles. with Coles it would be about 1 in 10 that has a problem and they fix it straight away. Woolworths Sold me 13 boxes of out of date Sprite Zero 10 pack. and still after 2 years have not refunded the money for them
