My initial order of a 2022 Diary was promised before Christmas, when the order was made. I then received notice that the order would not be delivered until after the original date stated. You should not make promises over delivery dates if you cannot fulfill them. I chose to support an independent supplier rather than a major seller, but I am unlikely to do this again.
