I ordered a Christmas present on 6th December which I was told would take up to 8 working days. I had no communication about it until after that date when I checked and discovered it had not been dispatched. Making it too late to order it elsewhere. It arrived after Christmas. Some communication would have made it less frustrating. I don’t feel able to order from you again.
