I ordered 3 copies of a calendar book. whilst nthe pandemic continued to hit and Christmas, I was told twice that the books had been posted out - when in fact they hadn't-. On ordering, I had allowed for them to get to their destination well before Christmas That didn't happen. I got them after Christmas well, so that meant the intended got them well after Jan 1st 3022. I had requested that they could have been labelled and posted to the different addresses on the orders. But I was told that could happen. They all arrived in separate packages to me so this wasn't about saving packaging and postage. Super-disappointed, the flexibility would have made all the difference..
