I had not ordered from you in some time, primarily because your packaging had become so poor and I was tired of damaged books. But for some reason I did so and you sent me a single paperback book that was well packaged in a hard, protective cardboard mailer. "They're back!" I thought. Not so fast... I started ordering from you again and it all went quickly to hell. The picture I uploaded was the last order I placed with you for multiple hardbound books. They showed up in a loose thin plastic bag. No protection, no nothing. Every corner of every book was dented/crushed... every one. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning them so I did something else; I learned. You can delete my account and my wish list. I won't be ordering from you again. And that's a shame because when I first discovered you, you were wonderful and even if your books cost more than Amazon I would order from you because I'm not wild about Amazon but even more important when I ordered a book from you I knew it would arrive in pristine condition.
