I bought a book as a Christmas present to be sent directly to the recipient but it didn’t arrive for weeks and I had to chase it. I was told that there had been an error in the system which was then corrected. I understand these things can happen but it was embarrassing given it was a present for someone and also that the error wasn’t noticed. My first time using the service so obviously not a good initial experience
