The customs fees were exorbitant so I decided not to pay them and to wait for the order to come back to Wordery. I wrote to customer service asking if they would reimburse my purchase once the books got back to them. They said that I should instead accept the order (and pay the customs fees) THEN send the books back. So in order not to pay the fees, their solution was just "pay the fees"?? Basically I paid for three books, never received them, and never got my money back. Appalling.
