I’m not sure what happened to you guys, but it breaks my heart. Books use to be packaged with care and a bookmark or two was ALWAYS included. Both were missing in my last order. Pre-pandemic, it took time for you to ship books. The extra care was worth it. Now that it’s gone, why bother.
