No problems with the order process - I have used Wordery several times before. However I do have an issue with the carrier that you use (Evri) - they claim to have delivered my last order when this is not the case - Wordery are trying to resolve this issue. I am prepared to accept this as a one-off issue and use you again but if I have any further issues with Evri delivering your products then I will have to think about buying from elsewhere. I'm unable to recommend you until I have an outcome for my latest purchase.
