I have used you on many occasions recently and have always been most impressed by your service and the speed at which the book has arrived by ROYAL MAIL. However, recently I ordered two books within a few days of each other. The SECOND book ordered arrived, as usual, promptly by Royal Mail but the first book ordered arrived later (by courier) and was damaged.
