Books need to be dispatched very quickly. Online bookstores can often take a week to a fortnight to DISPATCH the book. The other problem is one of postage where the book can languish for a further week at Princess Royal Dock. I recall being able to go out to a bookshop, buy a book and be back home reading it in two hours. All gone.
