Very good and reliable service in general, but there is an increasing tendency to allow books to becom slightly damaged as they leave the warehousing. I take it the process for collecting from the shelf is mechanical. If so, you need to watch that the dustjackets and bindings of your books do not suffer. They can also become damaged in the packaging process. It's happening more often than it used to - a sign of the times, unfortunately, but Wordery was always so good at sending top-quality books through the post. Try and investigate the technical process a bit, and modify it where necessary. Thanks!
