I realised I had one digit wrong in my postcode whilst Evri had my parcel goodness knows where for several days. I contacted wordery to highlight this and they quickly responded and said they had updated the courier with the correct postcode. Couple of days later I had an email from the courier to say parcel would be delivered the following day, then an email saying it had been delivered. Not to me it wasn’t. It was delivered to the wrong street to someone else. How could the courier not see they were in the wrong street? I don’t understand. I asked for a refund but have had no response. Hope the person enjoyed doing my jigsaws.
