As always, Wordery seems an efficient organisation - price, information, website. As always, Evri/Hermes is a poor organisation; we have previous experience of poor service from them. This book is still to arrive: the last tracking message - Wednesday 7th - I had said roughly: 'delivery was to happen today: we will attempt to deliver tomorrow - and nothing more. As always it is difficult to contact Evri and find out what is happening. I think this is Wordery's problem for using them in the first place.
