Awful problems with the delivery of my parcel. I was sent the wrong tracking information and when I asked where my parcel was I was told that it had been taken to a courier access point and I had to fetch it from there. No attempt seemed to have been made to deliver my parcel and as I was not given the correct courier information I had no means of tracking the parcel.
