I ordered this book on 4th December and told it should arrive within 4 working days. That then changed to 20th December on the tracker and it is now 23rd and has still not arrived. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I bought it well in advance for it to arrive before Christmas but I have had no further update about when it will arrive.
I cannot complete this survey because it is till hasn't arrived.
