All the parcels arrived - eventually. The delays were excessive and not what I guess most of your customers would expect these days. I do appreciate that this was pre-Christmas and we have industrial actions. What I do object to is the soggy package and damaged book that was "delivered" on 19 December by leaving behind the planter at my front door. It was frosty at the time, the driver did not know that I was in Wales, nor that the weather would turn wet. My copy of Infinite Jest was sodden.
I do not blame the driver, I blame YOU. Please forward a return label and reissue the damaged book.
