I ordered a book 3 weeks before Christmas as a gift, 1 week before Christmas I still had no item and no update on the order so I contacted them, was finally given a tracking number which when used still said "we are expecting it" which to me would suggest it hasn't even been sent and the response from the customer service agent said if it hasn't moved in 3-5 days to contact again which using those dates would take it to Christmas day where obviously no one would be working so would have no item and no contact from anyone, so I ordered the item from amazon to get here in time and recueved it the next day. It is now the 30th of December so more than a week later the item is still showing on tracking just as "we are expecting it" and I've had no further response from customer service, so i have no item and am not even be able to return to get a refund since I purchased the item elsewhere and got it before Christmas. Avoid at all costs!
