Sadly my parcel has been 'out for delivery' with Evri since 20th December. Today is the 30th of December and I am still waiting for my book to arrive. This is not unusual for the company formally known as Hermes, there are photos on a website of their compound in Norwich with cages of parcels left outside and parcels scattered along the roadside. I have little faith in it ever arriving at my door but who knows? I may be in for a pleasant surprise but I am not holding my breath.
