I ordered from my address but wanted delivery to my grandson's address - 170 miles away. The address as despatched by Wordery was a garbled version of these two addresses. The carrier managed against the odds to deliver to me, I asked Wordery to help with getting it to my grandson - no joy. I posted it there myself and at some expense.
On the plus side, the communications with Wordery were prompt polite and friendly - but ultimately not helpful.
