You guys seem great, and very professional. There was a delay with the postage, but that could be down to it being a couple of weeks before Christmas and the volume of customers you'd have had. Not the biggest fan of Evri- the rebranded Hermes- but I'm sure you have your reasons for using them, and any umbrage I have with them is separate from you guys.
Shoutout to your colleague Ashley by the way, his communication was great.
