I do not have my book. The delivery service is poor. One receives an email on the day of delivery with no advance warning. Giving me two hours notice is useless if I am more than two hours away.
Then the delivery service advises that the parcel is being returned. Then the same process the next day and no way to rearrange. Evri are atrocious and are affecting your reputation. I still do not have my book!
