Ordered a gift on the 8th December hoping that would allow plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Sadly I wasn't emailed until the 23rd December to say my order had been delayed for unforeseen reasons. The communication was not good enough, I didn't have time to make alternative arrangements and my friend went without a gift until the 30th of December 3 whole weeks from initially ordering. I will accept that demand for service goes up at Christmas, however, this is no excuse for not knowing the status of my order or that it would be late.
