I ordered the wrong book and sent a message to explore options of return and getting the correct book before it was dispatched
All I got is the conditions of returns and how it should be in original packaging- no advice or help whatsoever. I had also asked about the return address which I had to chase up. Again all I got is the same conditions of return. There was no reference whatsoever about getting the book that I wanted. It seems the staff are already to send threatening responses rather than help people out. Sorry rubbish customer service.
