My diary arrived damaged in the post. Offered a 25% refund and keep the damaged diary or full refund and return the diary. Couldn’t replace as there is no stock. Either way I’ve got a damaged diary to work with everyday for a year or no diary. A Jiffy envelope is not enough protection.
