I have been trying to return my order since it’s arrival. It came in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. I have been emailing and phoning and even posted the item back. This was then returned to me.
I cannot use the item that arrived, which was nearly £80 and cannot afford to spend such a large amount of money on something I cannot use.
Very poor customer service. No one gets back to you. Please help! Or DO NOT USE.
