I ordered a book for my Wife's Birthday. The book was delivered in good condition and within the expected timescale. So far - so good. I am sure that I specified that the book was intended as a gift and I gave considerable thought to the words that I wanted to accompany the book. I was so confident of this that I handed the entire package, unopened, to my wife. However, packed with the book was a priced invoice and my carefully crafted greeting was printed in the upper right corner of this document - in miniscule print. This adversely affected the effect of the gift - hence 4 / 5
