I had a very long wait for my book to arrive…. Nearly 3 weeks and another wait to get an email back after contacting customer services to find out where it was.
It arrived far too late for the present it was supposed to be. I returned it over a week ago and it was tracked and signed for but I haven’t heard anything about my refund. Not impressed and won’t use wordery again.
