I use Wordery to avoid Amazon.
Usually service is prompt and generally you've got the books that I'm after in stock.
But on the last couple of occasions delivery took so long that both missed the birthdays they were intended for.
In your defence, you did warn me that you were having difficulties, although you didn't specify what these were.
