I didn't receive my parcel which I ordered and paid on April 4. It was a book "Keith Jarrett - a biography" by Wolfgang Sandner, which I paid 39,24 euros by card; ORDER REFERENCE WRDRY-97-36-38756553.
After the parcel didn't arrive on time, I had a correspondence with Jeylan from Wordery Customer Services, e-mail help@wordery.com, but the problem wasn't solved. I sent one more e-mail requesting refund or new book, but nobody answered. So I paid, but didn't receive the parcel. Shame and disgrace for Wordery.
